CONCRETE STREET AMPHITHEATRE MURAL

This is a mural that Chloe Hill and I fully designed, presented, and executed for Concrete Street Amphitheatre. We took influences from Corpus Christi Culture, as well as illustrations that are specific to Texas, and the beauty of it!

Chloe had recently completed a mural on another wall in the amphitheater that was really successful and LOVED by everyone that came into the venue, so it was a goal to paint the wall directly across from it so that it felt complete. When I first came on as an intern, Chloe asked if I’d be interested in helping with the mural project, and I was more than happy to jump in. We were inspired to create something that feels tied to Texas and Corpus Christi. It has local themes and more illustrations that show off the Texas vibes.

We took the lead on everything from the concept to the actual painting, and it’s now fully completed and up on one of the amphitheater’s main walls. It was such a cool opportunity, and we’re both really excited about it!
